For multiple orders, you may create your own Excel spreadsheet with the following information:

  2. Customer Information: Company Information or Individual Name, Contact Name, Address and Telephone Number
  3. Recipient's Information: Company Information or Individual Name, Contact Name, Address and Telephone Number
