BizCon event has decidedly multiethnic sheen
Local minority business groups ready for 2nd annual conference.

Linda Young of Tailored Baskets in Santa Ana got one of her biggest clients, Wells Fargo Bank from exhibiting last year at BizCon, Orange County's largest multi-cultural business conference.

She now makes 250 gift baskets a week for the bank. No wonder Young plans to exhibit at BizCon again this year.

OC Council to recognize "Business Persons of the Year"
Santa Ana

The Orange County Presidents Council (OCPC), the largest multi-ethnic business organization in the United States, will recognize eight entrepreneurs as Persons of the Year, with one of them coming from the ranks of the Filipino-Americans in Orange County.

The Filipino American honoree is Linda Young, owner of Santa Ana-based Tailored Baskets, Inc. which specializes in packaging unique gift baskets for any occasion.

Linda Young can tailor a unique artistic basket of gift for any occasion that is sure to light up the eyes of the receiver.

Those to be conferred honors were selected by the mulit-ethnic chambers and will be honored during the BizCon Conference on September 9th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Garden Grove.
